General Cancellations
- Non-Refundable Deposit: All reservation deposits and prepayments (cash, checks, or credit card) are non-refundable if a cancellation is made by the renter.
- Rescheduling: Any reservation reschedule (change in time or date) incurs a $100.00 reschedule fee plus any additional costs.
Specific Event Cancellations
- Weddings and Proms: Deposits for weddings and proms are non-refundable. Cancellations made at any time will result in the client being responsible for the full contracted price.
- Advance Cancellations:
- Cancellation within 48 hours: No charges.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Full price will be charged.
No-Show Policy
- If you miss your flight or if your flight is delayed, arrives early, or is cancelled, please notify us immediately at [your contact number] to avoid full charges.
- Ensure you receive an email confirmation with a cancellation number upon cancellation. This ensures your cancellation is processed correctly.
Important Reminders
- Always contact us if you cannot locate your driver at the designated pick-up point. Failure to do so will result in a “no-show” charge at the full contracted rate.
- Follow the instructions provided in your reservation confirmation to avoid complications or additional charges.
