2. Services
Jatt Limo Inc. provides limousine services for various occasions, including but not limited to airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Our services are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Reservations
3.1 Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Jatt Limo Inc.
3.2 Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service requested.
3.3 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Rates and Fees
4.1 Rates: Our rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
4.2 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, and other incidental expenses incurred during the service. These charges will be added to your final bill.
4.3 Gratuity: A standard gratuity of 20% will be added to all reservations. Additional gratuity is at the client’s discretion.
5. Passenger Conduct
5.1 Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Jatt Limo Inc. reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or damage the vehicle.
5.2 Alcohol and Smoking: Consumption of alcohol is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5.3 Damage: Passengers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct. Repair costs will be billed to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service Delays: Jatt Limo Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time.
6.2 Loss of Personal Items: Jatt Limo Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Please ensure you take all belongings with you at the end of the service.
6.3 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jatt Limo Inc. and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
